Available for use during regular business hours or anytime you are passing through Roxbury and need assistance.

HotLine

If you are ever at the FlameWorks Shop when someone is not immediately visible, feel free to pick up the FlameWorks HotLine just outside of the door to try to reach us.  This is a dedicated, direct link phone and can be used during regular business hours OR outside of standard hours. 

Since we have more than one showroom on site and our warehouse space is also separate from the main shop, it is possible that when you arrive we may not be immediately on hand.  If the shop is open (see operation hours here) you are free to come in and browse, but you can always use the HotLine to get quicker service.

The HotLine links to different phones at different times.  It is possible to get an answering machine, especially if the HotLine is linked when you call to a cell phone that could be outside of it’s coverage area.  Use your discretion as to whether or not to leave a message.  Some of our jobs are in areas where there is no cell coverage and a message left may not ring through for an extended period of time.

If we are able to help, we will, but keep in mind that we do not always have someone on site.  A big part of our unusual operating hours are to accommodate installations that we perform all throughout the area and not always close enough to come back immediately to assist.
